Lesson Policies

CLIENT AGREEMENT

Cancellations, Resignations, and the Payment of Lessons are Subject to the Following

Conditions

1. A minimum of 24 HOURS notice is required to cancel a lesson.
   

2. Twelve hours notice is preferred to cancel a lesson because of illness. However, if you become ill

   the day of your lesson, kindly call us by 11am and we shall excuse you.
   

3. One month written notice is required for resignations and must be given at the beginning of a lesson

   cycle, usually 4 weeks in advance.
   

4. A minimum of two weeks notice is required when going on vacation.
   

5. Makeup lessons owing (MLO) will be given to those students following the conditions outlined in

   sections ONE and TWO.
   

6. Makeup lessons owing cannot be taken once the student has resigned.
   

7. MAKEUP LESSONS CANNOT REPLACE THE REGULAR SCHEDULED LESSONS.
   

8. THE ACCOUNT MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE START OF EACH 4 WEEK LESSON CYCLE

   REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF MAKEUP LESSONS OWING.
   

9. In the event a teacher is absent because of illness or any other reasons, the school will supply a

   substitute teacher to cover the lesson(s) he/she will be absent. If the student rather would rather be

   excused for the date(s) the teacher is absent, it is the responsibility of the student to arrange makeup

   lessons for the ones missed. Of course the school and/or teacher will do its best to accommodate an

   alternate lesson or lessons providing it is done during the hours of operation.
   

10. Payment is due every four weeks in advance to secure your lesson time moving forward. If the

    lesson account is in arrears, the lesson spot will no longer be considered reserved going forward.
